Bacon Jalapeno Cheese Ball

Ashton Green Products Used:

Himalayan Salt Block AG2975

Wusthof Classic Cook’s Knife AG3122

Classic Spreaders AG3229



8oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded old cheddar cheese

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 garlic clove, minced

¼ tsp cumin

Pinch of cayenne

1 tsp lime juice

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 jalapeno peppers

6 pieces of bacon, cooled and diced

Salt to taste

Roasted pecans for garnish (chopped)

Crackers for serving


1.       Place first 11 ingredients into a food mixer with whip attachment.

2.       Mix until uniform.

3.       Form into a ball and roll in chopped pecans

4.       Chill and serve on a platter or salt block with spreaders, accompanied by your favourite cracker or crisp bread.
