Description
This tool, originally designed for chipping ice, works beautifully to make chunks of chocolate. Put a large piece of chocolate on a wooden or nylon board, place the tool upright on top of the piece near the edge and press down, using as much body weight as necessary. The further from the edge of the block you start, the larger the chunks will be. The fork is about 2.25" wide with 1 1/8" tines and is fastened to a 6" wooden handle.
