Making your own chocolates and dipped foods has never been easier. You can melt chocolate, cheese dips and butter without scorching. We have used this little chocolate melter to mould chocolates and coat cookies and fruit, as well as for casual family fondues, lobster dinners and caramel apples. Just put food in the pan, plug it in and turn to the low setting for chocolate or cheese dip ingredients, the high setting for butter or caramel. Chocolate is heated to the perfect temperature to coat food evenly; other foods are silky smooth for dipping. Moulds for making heart wafers and chocolate cups are included.
