You can have delicious frothed milk drinks at home anytime you want and for so much less than coffee shop prices! Caffé or latte macchiato, hot or iced cappuccino or chocolate, low or full-fat "milkshakes" all you need is this handy tool, a few basic ingredients and a little practice! Fill a large glass 1/3 to full of ice cold or hot (not boiled, it won't froth) milk, place the whisk deep into the milk, switch on and move slowly around the inside of the glass, raising it to just below the level of the foam as you go. You'll see the glass slowly fill with thick, rich foam in only 15 to 20 seconds! Use any milk you like (skim, goat's, even soy) with any flavouring you like; the recipes and complete instructions make it easy. (You can use the Aerolatté to mix any powder into any liquid, just be sure to froth some hot soapy water and rinse well after use.)
