It is knife friendly, non-porous, heat, stain, bacteria and odour resistant, dishwasher safe, and will not warp. Over time, the wood composite develops a rich patina and, at only 1/4" thick, it is less fatiguing to move around and compact to store. The board has a warm wood colour throughout. It also has a hole in the corner for easy grip and to allow hanging storage. To keep the board at its best, oil or use our wood moisturizing creme regularly. Our favourite everyday board.
