These professional sheets from Chicago Metallic are made of roll-coated heavy gauge aluminum that will never warp or twist. The full-sized sheet measures 16 by 14 inches, the perfect size for many domestic ovens. The half sheet measures 13 1/4 by 9 3/8 inches, fits most convection ovens and two fit side by side in many standard ovens. The two short sides of each pan have 5/8 inch curved lips that give you a good grip; the other sides are flat, to easily slide baked goods off. Excellent cookie sheets.
