The Boar Bristle Brushes are used by professionals for basting meat and poultry. The durable, sterilized, double boiled, bleached boar bristles won’t shed, are water resistant and can withstand temperatures up to 500°F. Each brush features a quality lacquered hardwood handle with brown plastic ferrules. The bristles are epoxy set to the ferrules in order to provide superior bristle retention and to prevent bacteria harbouring air pockets. These quality tools offer performance, delicate touch and long lasting value by which all others are judged. To clean, brushes should be dipped in commercial cleaning solution and rinsed.
