This 20” x 29” commercial sized pan is what professionals use for baking hamburger buns and muffin tops. Perfect for when a dozen just won’t do – this pan lets you bake up to 24 hamburger buns or muffin tops at one time. The pan, featuring a heavy reinforcing rod that keeps the pan from warping during baking, is made from aluminized steel with a silicone glaze coating to provide a non-stick surface. We’re convinced that once you try this pan, you’ll be reluctant to buy store bought every time. The pan will not fit into a standard 30” conventional oven. Hand washing recommended. Do not use metal utensils.
