Introducing a greener cutting board. Although all Epicurean® cutting boards are made with Eco Select paper, the new line of Recycled Cardboard Composites raises the bar. The recycled cutting surface is the perfect fit for the environmentally conscious epicure. As the name suggests, the surface is made with recycled cardboard, giving it a warm, natural nutmeg appearance. Aside from NSF approval, this recycled surface boasts all of the special features of other Epicurean® products including stain and heat resistance, knife kindliness and the ability to be washed in the dishwasher. The surfaces feature a new design with a squared silhouette.
