Swissmar's Acacia Board and Cheese Knife set includes a 9” stainless steel knife and a 15” x 10” Acacia cutting and serving board. The stainless steel knife's sharp pointed tip cuts through cheeses with rinds, and holes in the blade prevent softer cheeses from sticking. The board is made from beautiful Acacia wood with a birch accent strip. Acacia is an environmentally friendly hardwood that is known for its water resistance, extraordinary strength and beautiful wood grain patterns. Two rubber pads on the bottom of the board ensure an easy grip. To clean, hand wash under warm running water and air dry. Periodically rub with mineral oil or butcher block oil to prevent cracking and to preserve the wood's rich natural colours.
