Description
Cork is an ideal material for trivets because it insulates against heat and resists moisture. But most cork trivets are very casual in appearance. The trivets in this set have been dressed up with red cherry, green apple, and yellow pear designs, by artist Mary Lou Goertzen, on ceramic tile inserts. Each trivet is 71/2 inches square and 1/2 inch thick with a 57/8 inch square tile.
