You receive a 9” quality non-stick pan in a dark finish that absorbs heat and makes for a crisp crust. You also receive a perforated pan to lie on top of your crust. The steam in the crust escapes through the holes – the pan weighs the crust down to eliminate bubbles. The pan also protects the edges of the crust from burning. This is a very clever idea.
