AG-Clad Basic Cookware Set

Constructed of a sandwich of stainless steel around an aluminum core, this cookware is comparable to major American name brands but at about 1/3 the price. It is the heaviest cookware for the price that we have seen. The stainless steel cladding is very easy to care for and keeps aluminum out of contact with the food. The aluminum core is an excellent heat conductor and brings the heat right up the sides of the pan, increasing the efficiency of the pan and reducing the chances of burning or scorching. We have had consistent excellent results using this cookware and our testers have been reluctant to part with the sample pans. Suitable for all heat sources except induction. The Basic Set includes the 1.5 quart, 3 quart and 8 quart pans with lids. Our AG-Clad Cookware, like our Professional Saute Pans, is the best cookware value we have ever seen, period.
