These beautifully contoured 8" mills are cut from select French beech wood. The patented French u'Select system enables you to adjust the grind, giving you a choice from fine to coarse. The pepper mechanism is equipped with a helix-shaped double row of teeth that guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind. It has a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance. The salt mechanism is designed to crush dry sea salt. It is made of stainless steel and is not sensitive to corrosion from dry salts. The Wild Cherry mills are dressed with a brushed stainless steel top. The Red Lacquer mills feature a piano-style gloss.
