This 14" x 10.5" makes 6 perfect 3.5" x 2" muffins and features a wide lip near the top of the cup to form a wider, more enjoyable muffin top than found in a traditional muffin. The pan is made of heavy weight aluminized steel, has superior heat conduction and has reinforced rims to help eliminate warping. The aluminum-coated steel is heavier in gauge than that of standard home bakeware and won't rust or warp. It can also withstand temperatures up to 550°F. With use, the metal darkens slightly, increasing its ability to absorb heat. The pan is finished with rolled rims. 6-cup. 14 " x 10 1/2" x 2" high. Dishwasher safe.
