This easy to use mini smoker, measuring 7" x 11.5" x 3" with a cooking depth of 2" comes complete with 1 oz each of Cherry, Oak, Alder and Hickory wood chips and instructions. To give deep flavour and aroma to your grilled food, just soak a few tablespoonfuls of chips in water for a few minutes, and follow the smoker instructions.
