Load the body with butter or cheese, attach the lid, turn the handle and out comes a thin ribbon melts almost instantly on warm food, and is just right for rubbing into flour when making pastry or biscuits. Use the tablespoon markings on the translucent body to measure a single serving or enough for your favourite recipe.
