Use this tool to store and serve butter, margarine and spreadable cheeses simply and easily. Insert ribbon die from the 4 included dies, load the body with butter or cheese, attach the lid, turn the handle and out comes a thin ribbon that spreads easily, melts almost instantly on warm food and is just right for rubbing into flour when making pastry or biscuits. Turn the handle back a half turn to stop dispensing, then cap and store in the fridge until you need it again. Use any of the dies with cream cheese or other soft food to create fancy canapés.
