This all stainless steel oil well solves many of the problems associated with keeping oil accessible in our kitchen. Unlike oil cans with long spouts, it takes up very little counter space and can be cleaned thoroughly in the dishwasher. The ladle, provided, measures out a scant 2 tablespoons - just the amount of oil called for in many recipes. A cover with a spoon slot keeps foreign objects out but still allows you to store the ladle with the oil. Although a compact 4 5/8 inches tall and 3 inches diameter, the oil well holds up to 15 ounces. Made in Denmark.
