Using the Instant Marinator cuts hours to minutes when marinating any type of meat, fish poultry or vegetable. Simply add your marinade to the food in the dish and then pump out the air to create a partial vacuum. The reduced pressure opens up the pores and fibres of the food and allows marinade to penetrate evenly and quickly, locking in flavour. The set includes a clear 2.25qt/2.13l unbreakable plastic dish, an ABS lid with air-tight seal and pressure cap and a vacuum pump. Holds a maximum of about 4lb/1.8kg of meat. Dishwasher safe.
