This incredibly useful, food safe silicone rubber invention is a cross between an adjustable bungee cord and a re-useable tie-wrap. Just wrap around food, such as asparagus or a stuffed roast, slip the cord into the tiny cleat at the end and pull snug to hold securely. The heat resistant non-stick cords adjust to diameters from 1" to 4" (more if you join them together) and the fuchsia colour helps you avoid accidentally cutting or discarding them.
