Description
This is 15" wide parchment paper in a 164' roll. Like parchment sheets, it is silicone treated, strong, waterproof, and greaseproof. It can be used to line pans for use in conventional (to 400°F) or microwave ovens or on the stove-top. Try scrambling eggs with this paper as a liner in your pan! Its lighter weight allows you to mould this paper to the shape of your baking pans. Just dampen both sides of the paper, wait a moment, and you will find it very easy to form to the shape of a casserole or mould. Once food is cooked or frozen, you can remove it and the parchment from the pan for storage and your pan will be easy to clean and available for use.
