Parcels usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours of receiving the orders. Shipments can be delayed. If timing is critical, please call us to check.

We strive to have a "zero damage" record and so we pack every order carefully, using appropriate materials.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the total value of the order being shipped.

There are items available for purchase within our store that are unusually large, heavy or awkwardly shaped. Shipping companies charge additional fees to move these goods and storage/movement within our warehouse is more expensive.

In order to offer these items it is necessary to charge an additional oversize fee. An additional oversize fee of 12.5% will be charged for each large oversize item. Extra large oversize items will be charged an additional 17.5%. If you are ordering large or extra large oversize items to be shipped to remote areas, there will be an additional charge of 5% (large items - 12.5%+5%, extra large items - 17.5%+5%).

If an item that you have selected has such a fee, you will see the oversize icon appear on that item's detail page. Oversize amounts are calculated separately from shipping however, should you decide to return an oversized item, you will not receive a credit for the oversize fee.

If you are shipping to an address with one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote.

If the standard shipping method is selected at checkout, in stock orders are shipped from our warehouse next business day via Canada Post, UPS in Canada, and UPS in the United States.

Express shipments in Canada are sent using courier ground service. We are sorry that we cannot offer the express shipping option to orders that are shipping to a P.O. Box address.
