1. Is Ashton Green a Canadian Company?

Yes. Ashton Green is Canadian owned and operated. Our office and warehouse are located in London, Ontario.

2. Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars; please remember that prices are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you of any significant price difference before finalizing your order.

3. What guarantee does Ashton Green provide to customers?

At Ashton Green we are committed to the delivery of fine products and exceptional service. We promise to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. If you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from us, please return it, within 60 days, for exchange or a full refund. Please see Return and Exchange page for more information.

4. Do you accept orders from the USA?

Yes. Orders from outside Canada will be processed in Canadian dollars, so your banking institution will show the exchange rate and amount in local currency on your statement. Orders to the USA will be shipped via UPS.

5. How long will it take to get my order?

If you are in Canada or in the USA, and you live in a major city, you will probably receive your order within a few days; outside major cities, your order will get to you within 10 business days; in remote locations you will receive your order within about 15 business days. Please keep in mind that US Customs officials may delay parcels at the border. Please refer to the Shipping Rates in our Customer Service section for more specific delivery times.

7. How safe is the information I provide to Ashton Green on the website?

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you. There are times when we need to collect personal information from you about yourself or someone else, such as someone to whom you are sending a gift, usually at the time you make a purchase. 8. Will my name and address be shared with other companies?

We use your personal information only to serve you better. We do not sell, rent, or share information you provide with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete transactions requested by you. An example would be placing a mailing label on your parcel so it can be delivered. We do use the information you provide to send out Ashton Green catalogues. If you do not wish to receive our catalogues, please send us e-mail at customerservice@ashtongreen.com or call 1-800-609-1188 and give us your name and address, including postal code.

9. Do I have to register on the website to purchase a product online?

Yes, you must register to be able to make purchases on the Ashton Green website. Once registered though, we will be able to give you efficient, personal service any time you use our website, including the following:

Registering on our website is easy and safe. Information you provide is for the purpose of serving you. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete transactions requested by you. 10. Do I have to register on the website if I already have an account with Ashton Green from catalogue purchases?

If you have made a mail order purchase with Ashton Green, and would like to make online purchases in the future, please contact customer service to assist you in linking your online and mail order profiles.
